About Lucy
Lucy Verby is a multi-award-winning strategist and the founder of We Are Masterplan, a strategy training company designed to smash the gatekeeping that exists around our discipline.
Her unique 'Process and Practice' teaching approach to strategic thinking and team-work has been called "The best training we've ever invested in as a business" by a big agency CEO.
Lucy's training programme combines her 20 year marketing experience, including as Chief Strategy Officer at PHD, as well as rigorous academic research; tested through her University lecturing.
Lucy is also the founder and Chair of 'UN//SCENE Festival' - a not-for-profit marketing and creative festival, built to platform new voices and fresh thinking.
